This week i has the great opportunity to talk to Esmeray Lopez who is a 3rd year at CSULB. She is majoring in Sociology. For this week  we had 3 question

  • What is a piece of art, of any medium, that you would like to share with everyone? Why do you like it and why do you think others should experience (read, see, listen to, etc.) it?
  • Would you be supportive of your child wanting to pursue an art career? Why or why not?
  • Open your phones to the 1st page. What apps do you both have? What apps are different? Discuss!

For the first week question we decided to talk about music as the medium of art to share with anyone. Esmeray would like to share the song Dear Mamma By 2Pac. She said this is a song she would share with everyone since everyone got to love their mamma.

The Second question Esmeray would support her child if they wanted to pursue a art career. The main argument we both agreed on was that kids should follow their dream and should be happy with they do as a career. Esmeray mention how some children are kind of forced into a career that their parents want them to follow.

For the last part of the conversation we compared the apps we both shared on our home screen and the ones that were different. So to start off we both had snapchat, Instagram, Facebook messenger, facetime, youtube, Starbucks, Pokemon Go, Spotify, messages and phone. The apps we had different were Followers, Amazon, ATT, Yelp, Saphora , outlook, Pandora VSCC, Pinterest, tumblr, layout, Chili, Coffee Bean, and Beaker. I did have some of the apps on her home page but they were on other pages.
